Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
For users located in the United States, any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class or representative actions are not permitted. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Washington govern this provision.
